What is involved in a walk?

A forest therapy walk is not a hike. It is not a plant identification walk. It is a slow wander over 3-hours using simple, open and sensory invitations that bring you back to your senses and the natural world. Dress in layers, it is the Bay Area after all! Please bring any water or snacks you may need during this time. I will have refreshments at the end of the walk, and more logistical information will be provided once you sign-up.

Please note that you will be asked to sign a waiver to participate, which can be found on the RSVP page. You can print it out and bring it with you, or just sign when you arrive.

When are the walks?

Generally walks are on the weekends (Sun / Sat) from 10am-1pm PST - check out upcoming scheduled walks below. However, custom walks can be scheduled, so please reach out!

What's the cost?

My goal is to make forest therapy walks accessible for everyone. Depending on your circumstances, I offer a sliding scale from $30-$60 per person.

What should I bring along?

I always recommend layers, a water bottle, and snacks for the walk. I will be offering snacks and tea at the end of the walk. Additionally, we ask that you complete the activity waiver, which can be found on the RSVP page.

You can either digitally sign and email me a copy or print and bring along a signed copy. If you’re unable to do either, I am happy to provide a physical copy in person. Thank you for understanding!
